Company Cabbage


1 head cabbage shredded
1 large onion chopped
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream mushroom soup
Bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Combine cabbage in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes. Drain well. Place into a 9”x 13” x 2” Pyrex dish. Sauté onions in margarine, then mix in Velveeta cheese and mushroom soup. Pour this sauce mixture over cabbage and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
