Corn Crisped Chicken

Ingredients:

3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1/2 cup Pet Evaporated Milk (thin milk just won’t do)
1 cup Kellogg’s Corn Flake Crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Wash chicken pieces and dry throughly. Dip chicken pieces in Pet milk, and roll in mixture of corn flake crumbs, salt and pepper. Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in foil lined shallow baking pan; do not crowd. ( For added flavor, drizzle with melted butter or margarine.) Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 1 hour or until tender. No need to cover pan or turn chicken while baking. Cover loosely with foil if less crisp crust is desired. Yield: 6 servings
